CAR PARKING

One car parking space will be provided for every 250 sq ft of space taken. Subject to availability additional spaces may be made available by way of a separate agreement.

Mains water, electricity and gas are available. Individual office units will be independently heated by gas-fired boilers.

RENTS

Rents for individual offices, units or multiples thereof can be provided. Please contact letting agents for further details.

Rents are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate and in addition to a Service Charge which will include the cost of:

  • Cleansing & Lighting of Common Parts

  • Central Fire Control

  • External Repairs/Decoration

  • Management/Annual Accountancy Charges

TENURE

The units are available by way of a new lease on a Full Repairing and Insuring basis (by way of a service charge) for a term of years to be agreed and subject to rent reviews every three years thereafter. As is normal practice the incoming tenant will be responsible for landlords reasonable legal fees.
